This is the story of a newlywed woman bonding with her mother-in-law over chai and gossip. The father-in-law (really attached to his hukkah) too, finds the gossip more interesting than the news headlines.


This is the story of a high school boy who happens to be in love with the neighborhood girl. He often skips classes to collect wildflowers for her from the mountains. He cannot imagine a life without the girl but she is soon moving to the city for her studies. He thus struggles to accept the reality of growing up and taking responsibility for his future.


This is the story of a retired army officer who struggles with loneliness and increasing ostracism by people because news of his leg injury being symptom of leprosy is spreading fast in the small town.


This one is the story of the upper middle-class woman who starts noticing the environment of the mountains getting changed by the increasing influence of the big cities on the otherwise more sustainable traditional ways of the locals.
